Action in response to 2022 Graduate School of Global Studies entrance examination due to the ongoing spread of COVID-19

Due to the unpredictable spread of COVID-19, the contents of the entrance examination guidelines for Graduate School of Global Studies might change.

Entrance examination for International Graduate Students【Residence: Japan】

Associate Professor Fanon Che WILKINS, in American Studies Cluster will resign from our school on August 6th. Therefore, please be careful that you cannot chose Associate Professor Fanon Che WILKINS as your desired main advisor in application form.

【Updated September 8】
In principle, taking measures to prevent the spread of the COVID-19, the entrance examination will be held in person as scheduled.
・From seven days before the examination date, please take your temperature every morning and manage your health. Then, if you have a fever of 37.5 degrees or higher on the day of the examination or you tested positive for COVID-19, please let us know your situation in advance. In that case, we will offer you an online examination later after readjusting the schedule.
Those who had close contact with people infected with COVID-19 must consult us in advance. In that case, the examination will be held via Zoom after the regular examination on the same day (September 12). We will inform the starting time rescheduled and the URL to take the examination.
・Be sure to wear a mask in the venue except when eating and drinking. We request you to wear a non-woven mask. However, you may be instructed to remove the mask temporarily for identification. If for some reason it is difficult for you to wear a mask, please contact us in advance.
In addition, when you enter the venue, please use the sanitizer placed in the entrance for your hands and fingers.
