[Important] Dear New Students enrolled in 2020: Issuance of student ID and distribution of documents required for course registration

New students who are enrolled in the Graduate School of Global Studies this spring will receive the following documents and other certificates separately by MA (each cluster) or Ph.D. (each cluster) programs from the perspective of preventing the spread of novel coronavirus (COVID-19) infections. Thank you for your cooperation.

* If you cannot come at the designated date and time, please contact the Global Studies Graduate School Office (ji-gs@mail.doshisha.ac.jp) by March 31.

 Date: April 3rd, 2020
 Venue: Shikokan SK110, Karasuma Campus
・Ph.D. (All Clusters)
 10:00 am ~ 10:45 am
・Master’s (American Studies Cluster)
 1:00 pm ~ 1:45 pm
・Master’s (Contemporary Asian Studies Cluster)
 2:00pm ~ 2:45 pm
・Master’s(Global Society Studies Cluster)
 3:00 pm ~ 3:45 pm

(NOTE)
1. We will collect documents (graduation certificate, certificate of resident card entry, guarantor report, address report, etc.). Please fill in all of these documents with the student ID shown on your student ID card to submit. For documents that do not have a space to write down the student ID, write your student ID in the upper right corner. Also, be sure to confirm in advance that the submitted documents are complete.

2. Do not come to school if you are not feeling well or if you have not returned from or returned to Japan within less than 14 days. If you are absent, we can send your student ID card, so please be sure to contact Global Studies Graduate School Office.

3. Current students, parents and guardians and etc. must refrain from visiting on the day.
