[IMPORTANT] To New Students enrolled in 2020: Schedule for course guidance

Dear First-year Students of AY2020,

New students who are enrolled in the Graduate School of Global Studies this spring will be given guidance on April 4 (Sat) and 5 (Sun) as follows:
Details will be announced when student ID cards are issued on April 3 (Fri).

* If you are unable to come at the designated date and time, please contact the Global Studies Graduate School Office (ji-gs@mail.doshisha.ac.jp) by March 31 (Tue).


April 3 (Fri)
Issuance of student IDs and distribution of documents required for course registration
April 4 (Sat)
<Master's Degree> Karasuma Campus Shikokan 1F Each Classroom
 ・Individual consultation with desired supervisor(Course Guidance)
  The venue and time will be specified for each student from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm.
  Details will be announced on April 3.
  The time per person is approximately 30 minutes, but if it goes smoothly it may be shorter.
  (We do not advance time.)
  Please check the relevant materials for course registration that will be distributed on April 3 (Fri), and
  consider the course plan before seeing your desired supervisor.

<Master's and Ph.D. Degree> Karasuma Campus Shikokan 1F SK110
 ・Consultation with the professor who is in charge of academic affairs of your cluster. (Course guidance
  and etc.: only for those who want to.)
  From 3:00 pm to 5:00 pm, we will hold consultations (course guidance and etc.) for new students.
  Students who wish to have this time shall come directly to the venue within the above time.
April 5 (Sun)
<Ph.D. Degree> Karasuma Campus Shikokan 1F Each Classroom
