Opening hours of GSGS office and the automatic certificate issuing machine at Karasuma Campus 【From Sep. 11】

Updated Sep. 4, 2020
Dear Students of Graduate School of Global Studies,

Due to the spread of the COVID-19 infection, Doshisha University has restricted all students from entering the campus. The whole Spring Semester has been a tough time for all of us, indeed. We must take adequate measures to stem the spread of the pandemic while advancing our research activities. To that end, responsible decisions and the willing cooperation of graduate students are essential. We have entered the next phase toward normalization. Let us cope with the present difficulties and make progress in our research.

From September 1st, we will be taking Phase 4, and the entrance system will be prepared for the fall semester (Monday, September 21st).
There will be no restrictions on the reasons for entering the campus. However, in consideration of the fact that we are still on summer vacation, we ask for your cooperation in refraining from unnecessary entrances, except for on-campus events, undergraduate/graduate school activities, and medical examinations.

The Office of the Graduate School of Global Studies will open from Friday, September 11, as follows:
〇Weekdays:9:00~11:30、12:30~17:00
〇Saturdays, Sundays, Holidays:Closed

The automatic certificate issuing machine at Karasuma Campus will start operating from Friday, September 11 as follows:
