【IMPORTANT】Entry to Kararuma Library(Action in response to COVID-19)(Updated 2020.9.23)

To current students of Graduate School of Global Studies
 
 In the light of Doshisha University's action in response to Novel Coronavirus infection (No. 11.1 Notice) and due to the relaxation of restrictions on entering the campus, the Karasuma Library has updated the content of entry permit as follows;
Regular book rentals has resumed, and advance reservations is not required after August 3rd.

<From Thursday, September 24th, 2020>
 〇Weekdays:9:00~11:30、12:30~17:00 (5:00p.m.)
 〇Weekends and holidays:Closed

・To avoid crowding, we will limit the time to maximum 2 hours per user.
We will also limit the number of users to use the library at the same time. If it becomes overly crowded, we may restrict the entry.
・For campus entry, please follow either ①,② or ③.
①Install COVID-19 Emergency Contact Service "Kokotoro" by Kyoto Prefecture
②COVID-19 Contact-Confirming Application “COCOA”
③Self record your action history for the past few weeks (where did you go/ whom did you see)
・On the day of entry, please check the temperature when you wake up and confirm that it is normal before coming.
・If you have a fever, sore throat, sickness, etc., you will not be allowed to enter the facility.
・Be sure to wear a mask.
・Please disinfect your fingers with the sanitizers at the counter.

Due to the update in opening hours, the book mailing service will be terminated.
