AY2023 Spring Semester Schedules of the Grade and Course Registration (Updated on May 25)

Grade of spring semester reports distributed to current students

From 9:30 am on Wednesday, March 15 (JST)
You can find the grade after the date and time from ’’GRADE’’ menu in your DUET(Doshisha study support system) page.

Course for advance registration

[For International Students]
As for advance registration courses among ‘’Japanese Language and Cultural Subjects’’ , please submit
"Course Registration Form" to our office between 10:00am on Friday, March 24 and 1:00pm on Monday, April 3 (JST).
As for subjects that require advance registration, please refer to "Registration Guide for Japanese Language and Culture Subjects for International Students" to be released on Wednesday, March 15.

Instructions for Application of Advance Registration on DUET

Course Registration period

10:00am on Wednesday, April 5 to 5:00pm on Thursday, April 6 (JST)

As for the registration of "Japanese Language and Cultural Subjects" and courses offered by
other programs (Undergraduate courses for MA/PhD students or MA courses for PhD students),
please consult with your main advisor and submit "Course Registration Form" to our office during
the registration period.

Those who wish to register for courses offered by the Graduate School of Business must obtain permission at the Office of Graduate School of Business during the office hours (9:00am -11:30am and 12:30pm -5:00pm) between March 20 (Mon) and March 24 (Fri) for courses offered in spring semester, and for courses offered in fall semester between August 28 (Mon) and September 1 (Fri). In addition, please note that the following points are required to register for the courses.
(1) Each class consists of two consecutive periods.
(2) It is necessary to reserve time for study in addition to the class since group work is required.
(3) Attendance at all 15 periods is required.

Confirming your registered courses

Between Wednesday, April 19 and Thursday, April 20, please check the course list you have registered.

Course Withdrawal period(Updated on May 25)

10:00am on Monday, May 15 to 5:00pm on Tuesday, May 16 (JST)
As for the course withdrawal period of Intensive Courses, we will inform the course registrants of it later.
