We would like to inform you of the following information.
[Summer Holidays]
The office will be closed for summer holidays from August 11th (Fri) to August 20th. (Sun) .
If you plan to study in the student study room during the period above, please make sure to submit "Kounai Zanryu Todoke" by August 10 (Thu) .
[Planned Power Outages]
There will be a power interruption in Shikokan bldg. on the following day and time:
August 18th (Fri) : from 8 am to 3 pm
We apology for the inconvenience caused and appreciate your understanding.
[Student Study Rooms]
Also, as we have told before, we strongly request you not to leave your personal belongings in places other than the bookshelves and lockers in the rooms, and not to bring in bedding, heaters, stoves, etc.
If you leave personal belongings in the student study room, please remove them immediately.
With your cooperation, the student study rooms can be safe and secure environment. We want all students to use the rooms as freely and pleasantly as possible.
